Passarela, a major fashion retailer in Brazil, struggled to boost online sales despite a recent focus on eCommerce. To remedy this, they approached Meta to improve their social media presence, hoping to convert on website sales. Meta partnered with us to create the strategy and concepts for Passarela. Initially, we conducted a minor rebranding exercise that entailed designing a new friendly typography, selecting a new colour palette, and developing a new tone of voice for their social channels.
We developed a range of creative themes and conducted A/B tests to determine the most effective messaging. Our approach was to showcase Passarela's product range in relatable settings that resonated with the audience. We also incorporated some of the brand's interactions with customers into the stories to make them more engaging.

Nestlé Nido was keen to showcase their unwavering commitment to their product Our solution? A web series following Nido milk's journey from farm to table.
Three consumer mums joined Nestlé mums on this journey, with each episode highlighting a crucial stage and culminating at a Nestlé mum's home. We built a website to centralize all content and provide information for families.
Thanks to our efforts, Nestlé Nido successfully conveyed their passion for their product and fostered meaningful connections with families. The project is still ongoing due to the resounding success of the campaign at feito-com-carinho/fazenda

When the pandemic struck, Yakult faced a new challenge: how to maintain its brand image and connection with customers in the absence of face-to-face interactions. As a brand that values positivity, Yakult understood the importance of keeping spirits high even during these turbulent times.
To address this challenge, we developed a robust content plan that included interactive quizzes, recipe tutorials, and virtual events aimed at keeping customers engaged and informed about the benefits of Yakult's products. Additionally, we paid tribute to the frontline workers in a positive way, acknowledging their heroic efforts to keep life going as normally as possible.
Through this approach, Yakult not only maintained its presence but also fostered a stronger sense of community with its customers, building long-lasting relationships that will continue to pay dividends in the future.
